LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) — Aaliyah Moore and Deyona Gaston both had their first double-doubles of the season and No. 10 Texas got off to a quick start and rolled past Texas Tech 74-47 on Wednesday night.

Moore had 18 points on 8-of-10 shooting and grabbed 12 rebounds. Gaston scored 17 on 8-of-13 shooting and grabbed 11 rebounds.

Madison Booker also had 18 points for the Longhorns (14-1, 1-1 Big 12 Conference), who bounced back from their first loss in a big way.

Bailey Maupin scored 16 for the Red Raiders (12-3, 1-1), who came in averaging 73.6 points a game.

NO. 6 BAYLOR 71, NO. 23 TCU 50

WACO, Texas (AP) — Bella Fontleroy scored 16 of her 21 points in a big second-half comeback for Baylor, which beat TCU in a matchup of undefeated Big 12 teams in the Bears’ first game at their new arena.

Sarah Andrews finished with 16 points — 13 after halftime — for Baylor (13-0, 2-0 Big 12), while Yaya Felder scored 13. Dre’Una Edwards had 10 rebounds.

Sedona Prince had 20 points and 10 rebounds for TCU (14-1, 1-1) and Madison Conner had 11 points while missing all six of her 3-point attempts. Both came in averaging more than 21 points a game, making the Frogs the only team with two 20-point scorers.

NO. 11 KANSAS STATE 72, HOUSTON 38

MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) — Ayoka Lee had 27 points with 11 rebounds and Kansas State held Houston to 14 second-half points.

Kansas State (14-1, 2-0 Big 12) led 29-24 at halftime then used runs of 20-0 in the third quarter and 14-0 in the fourth to blow it open.

Serena Sundell scored 13 points and Zyanna Walker had 12 for the Wildcats. Gabby Gregory had nine assists.

Laila Blair led Houston (9-4, 0-2) with 17 points.
