Danielle Stokes joined Richmond Law from the Syracuse University College of Law, where she served as a faculty fellow. She teaches and writes in the areas of property, environmental law, and environmental justice, with a focus on sustainability and equity in land use planning. Her forthcoming scholarship on renewable energy and federalism will be published in the Minnesota Law Review. Prior to joining academia, Stokes worked in land use and real estate law with McGuireWoods.
