Lailaa Nicole Williams is the daughter of Famous African-American Basketball star, Candace Parker and Ex-Husband Former NBA Player, Shelden Williams.

Her mother is a celebrated WNBA Player. She started her career in 2005 when she was signed to the Tennesse Volunteer Women’s Basketball. Parker was selected as the first overall pick in the 2008 WNBA Draft by the Los Angeles Sparks. she is  currently signed with  Chicago Sky of the WNBA.

Who is Lailaa Nicole Wiliams? 

Lailaa Nicole Parker was born in the United States of America on the 13th day of May 2009. Her parents, Candace Parker and Shelden Williams got married on 13th November 2008 and were married for eight years until their divorce in 2016.

The divorce was a result of what Willaims described as “irreconcilable difference”. Both parties however have agreed to co-parent their beautiful daughter, Lailaa.

She shares an incredible bond with her parents individually. Each of them gushes about her on their individual Instagram pages and she seems to enjoy their company.

Lailaa stays with her Mom, her Step-mom, and her little brother, Airr in Los Angeles, California. However, Lailaa spends most of her time with her Dad and they enjoy making TikTok videos together, playing games, as well as going on dates.

As a daughter of two Professional Basketball players, it doesn’t come as a surprise that she loves the game and hopes to make a career in it.

Candace Parker, Lailaa’s Mom is a Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). While her Father, Shelden Williams is a former college basketball player at Duke University. He also played for the NBA between 2006 to 2015.

Her parents are very supportive of her dream and they provide every resource needed to make that dream reality for their little girl.
