Kent Square lobby is transformed to a Winter Wonderland with decorated trees provided by downtown merchants and community groups and the annual Gingerbread House Contest.
Park in Kent Square Parking Garage and bring the family to enjoy this spectacular new addition to the holidays in Downtown Blacksburg. Voting for your favorite tree takes place from November 30- December 20. Here's how to vote:
• Collect your ballot from Kent Jewelers
• $1 buys one Tree ballot and one Gingerbread ballot- all proceeds go to Micah's Backpack
• Visit the trees & Gingerbread Houses in Kent Square and choose your favorite
• Return your completed ballot to Kent Jewelers & be entered to win Downtown Gift Certificates
• The winning tree will be announced Saturday Dec 21 at 10am at the Free Family Film Fest in the Lyric Theatre, movie "Elf"
Prize Drawing will take place - random voters will win Downtown Gift Certificates!
Trees will remain on display through Jan 2, 2020
