Last year, Jen Shah and her assistant were arrested for running a fraud scheme. Jen insisted that she was innocent and spent most of season 2 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City trying to defend herself from the claims. Shortly before trial, Jen suddenly changed her mind and entered a guilty plea.
