For those who do not already know, the coconut oil video was a sex tape of Jay Alvarrez and Svetlana Bilyalova  which was made during the three years that they were allegedly seeing each other. The 1-minute-29-second video depicted the two lovers in various states of undress.

But what caught the attention of everyone who saw the video wasn’t the sex itself, it was the fact that Jay and his Russian girlfriend seemed to have discovered a new use for coconut oil. They poured coconut oil into a kettle and heated it, after which they used it as a lubricant.

Who Filmed the Video?

According to the testimony of Svetlana Bilyalova on a YouTube video, the coconut oil sex tape was filmed by Svetlana’s best friend. When the video began making the rounds on social media, most viewers noticed that the tape was extremely well-edited and didn’t seem like something that was produced in a rush.

The Instagram model said that the video was made while they were on vacation in Africa. However, after the scandal became public, Svetlana disclosed that she was pressured by Jay to make the video and that she gave no consent for its release either.
