Edwin undertook the financial burden of his family from a relatively young age. In 1991, he formed a security business with a friend which was widely successful. He worked as a sales manager for L. D. Services Inc. from 1994-1999 according to his Linkedin profile.

Nearly a decade later, Edwin conceived the idea of Skyline Security Management. This idea came to fruition in 2004 when Skyline Security Management officially launched its operations.
